GENESEE COUNTY/Five arrested after 56 bags of crack cocaine located at Liberty street residence

Five people have been arrested after the Drug Task Force and Batavia Police responded to a residence on Liberty street to assist Genesee County Probation and Child Protective Services who were on location conducting their own respective investigations.

While in the residence, a Probation Officer located 56 bags of crack cocaine. Officers also located drug paraphernalia, drug packaging material, several unidentified pills and a quantity of U.S. currency.

Arrested are:

Marquise L. Lee, 36, of Hobart St., Rochester, he is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. Lee was held without bail after arraignment in City Court.

Angela R. Bateman, 46, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. Bateman was arraigned in City Court and held on $50,000 cash bail and $100,000 bond bail.

Nikki L. Stonebraker, 30, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. Stonebraker was arraigned in City Court and held on $50,000 cash bail and $100,000 bond bail.

Joseph T. Burr, 25, of North Lyon St., Batavia, was picked up on a warrant for a violation of probation, he is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. Burr was arraigned in City Court and bail was set at $50,000 cash bail and $100,000 bond bail, along with $5,000 bail for a violation of probation.

Derek E. Wilcox, 30, of Congress Ave., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. Wilcox was arraigned in City Court and held on $50,000 cash bail and $100,000 bond bail.
