Kevin W. Howard, 19, of Swan St., Batavia, is charged with promoting prison contraband 1st following a commitment to the Genesee County Jail on March 21, 2019.
Howard allegedly possessed a dangerous drug and entered the jail facility.
Howard was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail.
Tyler M. Powers, 21, of Fredrica St., North Tonawanda, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after an investigation into an incident where Powers allegedly disobeyed a court mandate.
Powers was arrested on March 28, 2019 and was arraigned in City Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail and $1,000 bond bail.
Powers re-appeared in City Court on March 29, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
