Paul Orrie Doctor Jr., 45, of Council House Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with criminal tampering 3rd after allegedly throwing a bag of feces onto another person’s vehicle, causing a substantial inconvenience.
The incident occurred at 852 Bloomingdale road, the Two Eagles Smoke Shop, on the Reservation on April 4, 2019.
Doctor was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on April 24, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
