BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/S. Main street man jailed after threatening someone with violence

Kevin M. Waleski Jr., 31, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly threatening physical violence towards another person after an incident on April 14, 2019 on S. Main street.

He was also charged with criminal trespass 3rd in a separate incident where he allegedly trespassed and remained on another person’s property after being told to leave on April 23, 2019.

Waleski Jr. was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of bail and re-appeared in City Court on April 24, 2019

Lawrence W. Worsley, 39, of Ridge Rd., Albion, is charged with two counts of criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly contacted a protected party of a stay away order of protection on March 12th, and 18th, 2019.

Worsley was arraigned in City Court on April 24, 2019 and jailed in lieu of bail. He will re-appear in City Court late today.
