GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man charged after traffic stop

Kishonti Williams, 26, of Harvester Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWAI/drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operating a motor vehicle while using a portable device and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop for a vehicle and traffic violation.

After a roadside investigation, Williams was arrested and transported to the Jail where Deputy Eric Meyer, a certified Drug Recognition Expert, administered a Drug Influence Evaluation.

Deputy Meyer concluded that Williams was impaired by drugs. He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 16, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
