BATAVIA/ West Main street man charged in break-in

Christopher T. Sprague, 25, of W. Main street, Batavia, is charged with burglary 3rd after allegedly burglarizing Bill’s Auto at 101 Evans street on December 23, 2019 at 12:45a.m.

On May 3, 2019, Sprague was arrested and arraigned in City Court.

He was released on his own recognizance as he is currently being held on other charges. He will re-appear in City Court on June 6, 2019 at 11:00a.m.

On the same date, December 23, 2018, Sprague is accused of attempted burglary 2nd after attempting to burglarize the Salvation Army Thrift Store at 98 Jackson street at midnight.

Sprague was arraigned on this charge also and released on recognizance as he his currently being held on other charges.
