Wesley Thigpen, 38, of Vine St., Batavia, is charged with sexual abuse 1st following an investigation into an incident that occurred in December of 2018.
Thigpen turned himself in to police upon request and was arraigned in City Court on May 1, 2019.
Thigpen was released under supervision and is due back in court on May 23, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
