WYOMING COUNTY/Warsaw/Hotel to open in the Village of Warsaw

The Wyoming County Industrial Development Agency along with the Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism Office hosted a demolition ceremony today at 283 North Main street in Warsaw on Monday afternoon.

The event was to officially kick off the demolition of the existing structure to make way for a Microtel Inn and Suites that will be created in an eight month period by Developer Jett Mehta of Indus Hospitality Group out of Rochester, NY. It will be Warsaw’s first hotel.

Indus Hospitality Group are owner operators of hotels, restaurants and commercial real estate with 50 locations in the Buffalo/Rochester, Finger Lakes Region.

The project was funded by Restore NY with one million dollars awarded through NYS for the project.
