PERRY POLICE REPORT/Castile man charged with endangering the welfare of a physically disabled person

Following an investigation of an incident that occurred on May 6, 2019 in the Village of Perry, Officer David Spink and Officer Gordon Truax of the Perry Police Department arrested 39 year old Zachary J. Johnson of Castile, New York, for endangering the welfare of an incompetent, physically disabled person in the second degree on May 7, 2019.    

The District Attorney’s Office was contacted and a bail recommendation $2,500 cash, $5,000.00 dollars bond was given.

Johnson was arraigned in Perry Village Court in front of Honorable Terry Bogart. Judge Bogart released Johnson on his own recognizance and he was given a return court date of May 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. to answer the charge.
