GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Elma woman charged after allegedly stealing cigarettes

Tammy K. Zasowski, 51, of Clinton St., Elma, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation on Shanks road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on May 3, 2019.

Zasowski allegedly stole cigarettes that did not belong to her.

She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on June 5, 2019 at 6:00p.m.

Thomas Sousa, 55, of 7th Ave., St. Petersburg, FL, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to keep right after his vehicle was stopped for alleged vehicle and traffic violations on S. Lake road in Bergen on May 10, 2019.

During the stop, Sousa was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. He was issued and appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on June 19, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
