Michael D. Senay Jr., 25, of Overlook Dr., Batavia, is charged with menacing 3rd, criminal mischief 4th, criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment 2nd and 2 counts of harassment 2nd following the investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Batavia on May 17, 2019.
Senay Jr. was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will re-appear in court on June 11, 2019 at 2:00p.m.
Benjamin Santiago Jr., 30, of Jackson St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into the theft of tools at Crocker’s Ace Hardware in LeRoy on May 14, 2019.
Santiago Jr. allegedly stole about $800 worth of tools.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 13, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Sara T. Cupler, 26, of Starr Rd., Pavilion, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana after a call for a welfare check of a female unconscious in a vehicle at 11091 S. Lake Road in Pavilion on May 18, 2019.
Cupler was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Pavilion Town Court on June 4, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
Lee C. Clark, 39, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with sex offender failed to report a change of address/status in 10 days, after Clark failed to register internet accounts with the division no later than 10 days.
Clark was picked up on May 19, 2019 and was transported to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office for processing. He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 4, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Anthony Hernandez Jr., 27, of Georgetown Dr., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle without an inspection on May 18, 2019 on Rt. 490 in LeRoy .
Hernandez was stopped for vehicle and traffic violations and was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 4, 2019 at 2:00p.m.
Bryan J. Alvaradoarce, 22, of Studley St., Rochester, is charge with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop of a vehicle he was a passenger in on Townline road in Bergen on May 17, 2019.
Alvaradoarce was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on June 5, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
