Robert G. Whitehead, 28, of Ellsworth Ave., Batavia, was arrested on May 13, 2019 on a bench warrant issued out of City Court for failure to appear in court after a September 2012 incident.
Whitehead was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail and $2,000 bond bail.
He returned to court on May 16, 2019.
Heather N. Holbrook, 34, of Byron Holley Rd, Byron was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in City Court on May 9, 2019.
Holbrook was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and will re-appear in court on May 29, 2019.
Katrina L. Drake, 29, of Locust Ave., Lockport, is charged with trespass after a disturbance on Tracy avenue on May 9, 2019.
Drake allegedly went onto a porch and kicked a door.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court on May 21, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
