BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Bank street woman charged after fight

Laqueasha M. Taylor, 25, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd after she was allegedly involved in a fight with another person on May 18, 2019 at Northside Meadows on Bank street.

Taylor was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 28, 2019.

Kaleb J. Bobzien, 21, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with coercion 2nd, criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment 2nd after an investigation into a domestic dispute on Dellinger avenue on May 17, 2019 at 10:00a.m.

Bobzien was arraigned in City Court and was committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or bond bail.

He re-appeared in court on May 21, 2019.

Mark B. Skeet, 65, of Batavia Oakfield Townline Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd/mandatory suspension after driving out of the parameters of his license on May 17, 2019.

Skeet was arraigned in City Court and was released under supervision.

He re-appeared in court on May 20, 2019.

Tiesha D. Smith, 32, of Prune St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting from a local business at 505 East Main street on May 19, 2019.

Smith was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in City Court on May 28, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
