GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man accused of selling fentanyl

Jarett J. Locicero, 29, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly selling a quantity of fentanyl to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force.

Locicero was arrested on May 23, 2019 in the City of Batavia after an investigation. He was found to be in possession of an illegal knife, a crack cocaine smoking device and suboxone at the time of his arrest.

Locicero was transported to the jail and held on a warrant.

Joseph M. Dispenza, 25, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly possessing a quantity of marijuana.

Dispenza was arrested on May 23, 2019 and was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Vincent A. Sanfratello, 53, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief after allegedly destroying property belonging to another person at 111 Liberty street.

Sanfratello was issued an appearance ticket and released. He appeared in City Court on May 28, 2019.
