STATE POLICE/Warsaw/Wyoming man charged after threatening a woman with a cinder block

On May 28, 2019, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Nicholas C. Longhini, 30, of Wyoming, NY, for menacing 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd.

Troopers were dispatched to a domestic complaint on Ryan Road in the town of Warsaw.  It is alleged that Longhini menaced a female victim with a cinder block while children were present. 

Longhini was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw.  He was arraigned in the town of Warsaw Court by Judge Fusani. and was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $500.00 cash/ $2500.00 bond. 

An order of protection was issued to the victims.  Longhini is to return to the town of Warsaw court on June 10, 2019 at 5:00pm.
