Wesley Thigpen, 38, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd after allegedly having a physical altercation with a female in front of a child less than 17 years of age at a Maple avenue residence in Oakfield on June 1, 2019.
Wesley was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance. He will appear in Oakfield Town Court on June 10, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
Francisco Seneca, 38, of Rt. 438 Irving, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a suspended registration following a multi-vehicle accident on Main road on June 2, 2019 at 12:17a.m.
Seneca was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on June 25, 2019 at 4:30p.m.
Miranda L. Goetz, 28, of Vallance Rd., LeRoy, is charge with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from Sally Beauty Supply on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on May 31, 2019.
Goetz was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 13, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
