BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man working at restaurant charged with forcible touching

Sean M. Madigan, 33, of Collegeview Dr., Batavia, is charged with forcible touching and unlawfully dealing with a child following an investigation after an incident at a restaurant on December 27, 2018 at 4152 West Main street road.

It is alleged that while working at a local restaurant, Madigan subjected an employee to unwanted physical contact and provided alcohol to subjects under the age of 21.

Madigan was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 18, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

John J. Saddler, 31, of Batavia, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a complaint where he was outside of a residence on Jerome Place screaming sexual obscenities and making sexual gestures towards the public on June 7, 2019.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 11, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Twenty minutes later, at 90 Main street, Saddler was also charged with harassment 2nd after he became belligerent with police and stated that he was going to shoot officers with the City of Batavia Police Department.

He was issued a second appearance ticket for that charge.

Carlton L. Beardsley, 24, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, along with Brittany M. Smith were each charged with obstructing governmental administration after allegedly fighting with police at 344 W. Main street on June 3, 2019 while police were investigating a reported assault.

Beardsley and Smith with appear in City Court on June 18, 2019 at 1:30p.m.

Jessica M. Pfenninger, 36, of Creek Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation of a shoplifting complaint at Dollar General at 412 East Main street on June 7, 2019.

Pfenninger was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 18, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Crystal M. Bouter, 30, of Church St., Medina, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in City Court on April 3, 2019.

She was issued an appearance ticket to appear on June 11, 2019 at 1:30p.m.

Shaneeka R. Wroten, 26, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after she proceed beyond the point of sale at a local store at 412 East Main street on June 6, 2019.

Wroten was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 18, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
