GENESEE COUNTY/Rochester man facing drug charges after 6 month investigation

Lorenzo A. Terry, 51, of Lang St., Rochester, is charged with 3 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and 3 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around Genesee County.

Terry allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on three separate occasions. Terry was arrested and taken into custody by Batavia Police on June 7, 2019 on an active arrest warrant as he was walking in the City of Batavia.

He was held without bail.

On Monday, June 10, 2019, Terry was arraigned in County Court and bail was set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond due to six prior felony convictions dating back to 1991.

Terry will appear in Court on August 15, 2019 at 1:30 for oral arguments.
