BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man at nursing home charged after ramming his wheelchair into another resident

Jose Fuentes, 39, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following an investigation into a complaint where Fuentes allegedly rammed his wheelchair into another resident at 278 Bank street on June 7, 2019.

Fuentes was issued an appearance ticket and will appeared in City Court on June 11, 2019 at 1:30p.m.

Jessica M. Horton, 28, of Telephone Rd., Pavilion, is was arrested on a warrant issued out of City Court on June 7, 2019. On May 17, 2019, Horton was charged with theft of services after allegedly failing to pay for a hotel room at 200 Oak street.

Horton was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $500 bail.

Malik I Ayala, 27, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from a store at 412 East Main street and not paying for it on June 7, 2019.

Ayala was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City court on June 18, 2019.

A 16 year old was arrested on a warrant out of City Court on June 12, 2019.

The warrant was issued after the teen failed to appear in court after being issued an appearance ticket on May 14, 2019.

The 16 year old male was released on recognizance and appeared in Court today.
