Morgan Lee Cox Jr., 27, of Bates Rd., Medina, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly threatening to burn another person’s house down over the phone. The incident occurred on June 14, 2019 at 2:20a.m.
Cox Jr. was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 24, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Edward J. Leddick, 23, of Cheektowaga, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd following an argument on Fargo road in Darien on June 16, 2019 at 11:52p.m.
During the argument, Leddick allegedly struck a person in the nose and pushed her to the ground.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on July 7, 2019.
