Herbert B. Gennis, 25, of Raymond Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident on Holland avenue on June 15, 2019.
Gennis was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 25, 2019 at 1:30p.m.
Malik I. Ayala, 27, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing items from a store at 412 East Main street on April 9, 2019.
Ayala was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 25, 2019.
Alexandra R. Laskey, 29, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant for failure to appear after she was located during a traffic stop in Monroe County on May 9, 2019.
Laskey was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $500 cash or bond bail.
