GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Medina man charged in incident on Pratt road

Johnathan N. Taylor, 34, of Edgewood Drive, Medina, is charged with harassment 2nd and 6 counts of endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly striking an adult female in the face, causing her to fall to the ground.

The incident occurred in the presence of 6 children under the age of 17 on Pratt road in Batavia on June 23, 2019.

Taylor was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 22, 2019 at 2:00p.m.

Brandi L. Reuben, 23, of Sandhill Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident that occurred on Ledge road on June 26, 2019.

Reuben allegedly punched another person in the face multiple times.

Reuben was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on July 10, 2019 at 6:00p.m.

Michael J. Mead Sr., 32, of Rt. 19A, Portageville, is charged with two counts of falsely reporting an incident after allegedly calling Child Protective Services and filing two false reports on June 12, 2019 on East Main street.

Mead was arrested at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. He is due in the Town of Batavia Court on July 15, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Victoria A. Smith, 43, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing money from her mother’s purse on Main road in Stafford on June 26, 2019.

Smith was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Stafford Court on July 15, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
