The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department during the Whiz Khalifa Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on July 21, 2019:
Arthur J. Meaney IV, age 19, of W. River Rd., Grand Island, NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd after allegedly being found in possession of a fictitious license and then refusing to be placed under arrest by struggling with Deputies. Meaney IV was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $2500 bail.
The Following were issued appearance tickets to appear August 6, 2019 at 3 PM:
Elijah R. Giles, age 24, of E. State St., Albion, NY, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd and Disorderly Conduct after allegedly causing a disturbance in the medical treatment area at Darien Lake and then interfering with the process of his arrest.
Ryan A. Diana, age 21, of Britany Ln., Pittsford, NY, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd and Disorderly Conduct after allegedly causing a disturbance in the medical treatment area at Darien Lake and then interfering with the process of his arrest.
Matthew D. Pantera, age 25, of Homecrest Dr., Amherst, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a quantity of Marijuana.
Michelle M. Seneca, age 42, of Cosad Rd., Seneca Falls, NY, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after allegedly causing a disturbance in the Darien Lake Hotel.
Emily C. Kornack, age 18, of Landmark Ln. Pittsford, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Jaycee V. Jones Jr., age 18, of Clarence Ave., Buffalo, NY, arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly punching another person in the eye.
Joseph M. Folvarick, age 42, of Wheeler St., Tonawanda, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly having physical contact with another person.
Darius A. Hamilton, age 30, of Kehr. St., Buffalo, NY, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd and Trespass after allegedly refusing to leave the Concert Venue after being told to leave several times and then interfering with the process of his arrest.
Dominic G. Santamaria, age 22, of Overbrook Ave., Tonawanda, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a Live Nation Security Officer.
Brennan K. Callen, age 18, of Flynn Rd., Rochester, NY, arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being found in possession of a quantity of Marijuana.
Nicholas G. Curre, age 21, of Corral Dr. Penfield, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue and then entering the concert venue after having been ejected and arrested and told not to return.
Connor T. O’Keefe, age 20, of Autumn Ln., Lewiston, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
A 17 year old male of Rumsey Rd. Buffalo, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Trespass after allegedly attempting to reenter the concert venue and then entering the concert venue after having been ejected and arrested and told not to return.
Timothy J. Lloyd, age 19, of S. Grosvenor Ave., Brighton, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue and then entering the concert venue after having been ejected and arrested and told not to return.
Matthew E. Dickerson, age 21, of Timberwood Dr., Hilton, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being found in possession of a quantity of Marijuana.
Brianna L. Stiegler, age 19, of Graystone Ln., Orchard Park, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Criminal Impersonation 2nd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return and then identifying herself as her sister.
Spencer K. Deridder, age 20, of Misty Meadow Way, Fairport, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue and then entering the concert venue after having been ejected and arrested and told not to return.
Devin M. O’Dell, age 19, of Smith Rd., Canandaigua, NY, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after allegedly causing a disturbance at the concert venue exit.
Gray H. Benhal, age 20, of Middle Cheshire Rd., Canandaigua, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Austin J. Allen, age 19, of Clovermeadow Ln., Farmington, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Christopher A. Rasbin, age 21, of West Ave., Newark, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd, and Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue and then entering the concert venue after having been ejected and arrested and told not to return.
A 17 year old male, of Proximity Ln., Victor, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Jacob G. Damelio, age 19, of Angels Path, Webster, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being found in possession of a quantity of Marijuana.
A 17 year old female, of Edendery Cir., Fairport, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after having been ejected and told not to return.
Abbey L. Heist, age 20, of Chesapeake Ln., W. Henrietta, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being found in possession of a quantity of Marijuana.
Kaylee A. Horn, age 20, of Elaine Dr., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being found in possession of a quantity of Marijuana.
A 17 year old male, of Wheat Rd., Clifton Springs, NY, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being found in possession of a quantity of Marijuana.

Sonia D. Vasquez, age 20, of Underwood Ave., Hilton, NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th after allegedly being found in possession of a stun gun while entering the Darien Lake Parking Lot.
