Ryan M. Sharlow, 49, of W. Bergen Rd., LeRoy, is charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest after allegedly damaging the property of another person on W. Main street road in LeRoy on July 16, 2019.
While attempting to take Sharlow into custody, he allegedly resisted arrest by grabbing a deputy and attempting to punch the deputy.
Sharlow was issued appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on August 8, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Jessica L. Culver, 29, of Walker Rd., no town provided, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate after a traffic stop for traffic violations on Batavia Stafford Townline road in Stafford on July 21, 2019.
During the investigation, it was determined that Culver was operating on a suspended license. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of controlled substances that were in Culver’s possession.
Culver was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on August 15, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
