Terrill J. Cunningham, 23, of Treehaven Ave., Buffalo, is charged with sexual abuse 1st, sexual abuse 2nd and two counts of forcible touching after allegedly touching the intimate parts of two children less than 14 years old at Darien Lake on July 25, 2019 at 6:40p.m.
Cunningham was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to the Genesee County jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and is due back in court on July 30, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
