STATE POLICE/Warsaw/ Rochester man charged after motor vehicle accident in Pike

On July 20, 2019 at 9:34P.M., Troopers out of Warsaw arrested Francisco DeJesus, 62, of Rochester, NY, for driving while intoxicated, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to keep right.

Troopers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Griffith road and Rt. 39 in the town of Pike where a vehicle had gone off the roadway and was in a ditch.

DeJesus was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was then transported to State Police Barracks in Warsaw for processing. DeJesus recorded a .20% BAC.

He was issued traffic tickets returnable to town of Pike court on August 6, 2019.

On July 20, 2019 at 3:27A.M., Troopers out of Warsaw arrested Kemal E. Gadwah, 39, of Jamaica NY, for driving while intoxicated, and operating vehicle without stop lamps.

Troopers stopped Gadwah on Rt. 20A in the town of Sheldon for inadequate brake lights. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to State Police Barracks in Warsaw for processing. Gadwah recorded a .09% BAC.

He was remanded to the Wyoming County jail and issued traffic tickets returnable to town of Sheldon court on August 6, 2019.

On July 21, 2019 at 11:40P.M., Troopers out of Warsaw arrested Anita B. Williams, 22, of Delevan, NY, for driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to keep right, speed over 55mph, failed to change address with the DMV, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

On July 20, 2019, Troopers stopped Williams on Rt. 77 in the town of Bennington for speeding. She was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to State Police Barracks in Warsaw for processing. Williams recorded a .13% BAC.

She was issued traffic tickets returnable to town of Bennington court on August 12, 2019.
