STATE POLICE/Warsaw man jailed after domestic incident

On July 22, 2019, Troopers out of State Police/Warsaw arrested David M. Snyder, 33, of Warsaw, NY, charging him with criminal obstruction of breathing, menacing 2nd, unlawful imprisonment 2nd and assault 3rd.

Troopers were dispatched to a domestic complaint on Route 19, town of Warsaw.  It is alleged that Snyder choked and menaced a female victim with a knife. 

Snyder was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw. 

He was arraigned in the town of Warsaw Court by Judge Fusani.  Snyder was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash/ $20,000 bond.  An order of protection was issued to the victim. 

Snyder is to return to the town of Warsaw court on a later date.
