GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Man accused of recording video of a juvenile changing at Darien Lake

Nathan L. Rogers, 35, of Sky Hi Dr., West Seneca, NY, is charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly using two of his cell phones to record a juvenile female changing in his camper while he was tenting the Kingdom Bound Festival at Darien Lake on July 31, 2019.

Rogers was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 13, 2019 at 4:00p.m.

Emily D. Schramm, 33, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after knowingly violating an order of protection by knowingly accepting phone calls from a protected party.

Due to Schramm’s previous conviction on a criminal contempt 2nd charge, the current charge was elevated to a class E felony.

Schramm was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on August 6, 2019 at 9:00a.m.

The investigation was assisted by Correctional Officers at the Genesee County Jail.
