GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Oakfield man facing endangering charge after suspected overdose

Robert L. Villano, 37, of Oak St., Oakfield, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after dispatchers received a call for a suspected overdose on June 17, 2019.

After an investigating the overdose, deputies say Villano allegedly endangered the welfare of a child after leaving narcotics in plain view that were likely to be injurious to the mental, moral and physical welfare of a child in the residence.

Villano was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on September 2, 2019 at 6:00p.m.

Candice S. Tortorice, 35, of Rt. 20, Darien, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, reckless driving, failure to use designated lane and driving with an obstructed view after a traffic complaint in the Town of Pavilion on Rt. 20 on August 3, 2019 at 4:25p.m.

Tortorice was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on September 10, 2019 at 3:00p.m.

Jonathan P. Little, 29, of Drake St., Oakfield, is charged with forgery 2nd and criminal impersonation after allegedly impersonating another person and completing a written instrument by forging another’s name while being processed at the Genesee County Jail on July 10, 2019.

Little was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Batavia City Court on August 20, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
