Michaela L. Bruce, 19, and Kaleb J. Bobzien, 21, both of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, are each facing charges after a domestic incident at their residence on August 6, 2019.
Bruce is charged with menacing 2nd and harassment 2nd and was arraigned in City Court. She was remanded to the jail in lieu of $500 cash bail and $2,500 bond bail. She will re-appear in court on August 8, 2019 at 11:00a.m.
Bobzien is charged with criminal contempt 1st/prior conviction within 5 years, and aggravated family offense. He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail until his re-appearance today.
Ryan M. Bartholomew, 25, of Adams St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument following a probation house check on July 30, 2019.
He was released on an appearance ticket.
Damien ME Schoonmaker, 21, of Barlow Dr., Rochester, turned himself in at Batavia Police Headquarters on August 5, 2019 on a bench warrant issued by City Court for failure to appear on previous traffic citations.
Schoonmaker was released on recognizance and will appear in City Court on August 28, 2019 at 12:30p.m.
