Linda M. Clemens, 68, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle accident in the Batavia Downs parking lot on Park road on August 7, 2019.
Clemens allegedly struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot and was located by deputies in her vehicle.
She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m..
Darius L. Jones, 27, of Exchange St, NY, no town provided, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding(exceeding 55mph) and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop in the Town of Byron on Clinton street road on August 7, 2019.
During the traffic stop, alleged criminal indicators were observed leading to a search of Jones’ person and vehicle.
The search of Jones’ person and vehicle allegedly yielded marijuana, controlled substances and other drug paraphernalia.
Jones was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on September 9, 2019 at 4:00p.m.
Brandon E. Matteson, 35, of Ellicott St. Rd., Pavilion, is charged with disobeying a mandate of the court and harassment 2nd after an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Pavilion on July 25, 2019.
Matteson was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on October 1, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
