GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Irondequoit man found driving with a suspended license in Stafford

Tyson J. Carpenter, 35, of Empire Blvd., Irondequoit, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlawful possession of marijuana and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop for a traffic violation on Clinton street road in Stafford on August 9, 2019 at 2:15p.m.

Carpenter was operating his motor vehicle with a non driver identification and had a suspended driver’s license.

Carpenter was also found to allegedly be in possession of drug paraphernalia containing a narcotic drug.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on August 23, 2019 at 6:00p.m.

Kevin M. Henry, 41, of Granada Cir., Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding/exceeding 55mph after a traffic stop on Pearl Street road in Batavia on August 11, 2019.

Henry was allegedly operating in motor vehicle at 70mph in a 55mph zone while intoxicated by alcohol.

He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 29, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
