Alan R. Price, 24, of Chili Ave., Chili, NY, is charged with strangulation 2nd, a class D felony, criminal contempt 1st and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic dispute where he allegedly strangled the driver of a vehicle while it was being operated on Rt. 490 in Bergen on April 11, 2019.
During the domestic incident, there was a one year old child in the back seat of the vehicle.
There was also an active order of protection at the time of the incident.
Price was arraigned in the Town of Bergen Court on August 14, 2019 and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
