Paula A. Cipro has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of criminal possession of stolen property 4th, a class E felony.
On March 21, 2019, on Bank street, Cipro allegedly knowingly possessed stolen property with intent to benefit herself or a person other than the owner of a Mastercard debit card in another person’s name.
In count 2, Cipro is accused of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
On March 21, 2019, Cipro did steal property, unlawfully using a Mastercard debit card in another person’s name, to make purchases at Northside Deli.
Eduardo Santiago has been indicted and accused of the crime of aggravated DWI, per se, as a class E felony.
On May 19, 2019, Santiago was traveling west on the NYS Thruway/I90 in Pembroke in a 2002 Ford Ranger. Santiago was allegedly driving with a .08% or more BAC while a child 15 or less was a passenger in the Ford Ranger.
In count 2, Santiago is accused of aggravated DWI, a class E felony
On May 19, 2019 in Pembroke, Santiago was in an intoxicated condition and operating a 2002 Ford Ranger with a child less than 15 was a passenger in the vehicle.
In count 3, Santiago is accused of speeding on May 19, 2019 while operating a 2002 Ford Ranger in the Town of Pembroke on the NYS Thruway, in excess of the maximum established speed limit when no exception applied.
In count 4, Santiago is accused of unlicensed operation after operating his 2002 Ford Ranger on the Thruway in Pembroke without a license and when no exception to licensing was applied.
Cody M. Landin has been indicted and accused of aggravated DWI, a class E felony.
On March 20, 2019, Landon was operating a 2008 Mazda in the Town of Stafford on RT. 237 allegedly in an intoxicated condition while a child 15 or less was a passenger in the vehicle.
In count 2, Landin is accused of DWI, a class E felony.
In count 3, the indictment further accuses Landin of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a class E felony. Landon’s license was suspended or revoked.
In count 4, Landin is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, a misdemeanor, Landin knew or had reason to know that his license or his privilege of operating a motor vehicle in this state or his privilege of obtaining a license issued by the commissioner was suspended by the commissioner.
In count 5, the indictment further accuses Landin of the crime of refusal to submit to a breath test to be administered by a trooper on March 20, 2019 in the Town of Stafford on Rt. 237.
Landin was previously convicted of DWAI/drug/alcohol as a misdemeanor on January 14, 2019 in the Town of Covington Court in Wyoming County. The conviction was within 10 years of the current indictment.
After the above conviction, Landin’s license was revoked.
Landin also failed to pay a fine in LeRoy Town Court on May 15, 2018, which forms the basis for the suspension on November 14, 2018.
Eric Cleary has been indicted and accused of the crime of DWI, as a class E felony.
Cleary was operating a 2016 Ford van on Lewiston road in the Town of Alabama on March 31, 2019 allegedly in an intoxicated condition.
In count 2, Cleary is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a class E felony. Cleary allegedly knew that his license or his privilege to operate a vehicle was suspended.
Cleary was previously convicted within the last 10 years of driving while intoxicate as a felony on November 23, 2010 in Monroe County.
Juaquin E. Davis has been indicted and accused of three counts of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony, after allegedly violating an order of protection on January 16, 2019 and on March 18, 2019, in the City of Batavia.
Davis was allegedly in the presence of the protected party and intentionally disobeyed or resisted the lawful mandate of a court by violating an order of protection with intent to harass, annoy or threaten or alarm a person who had an order of protection by grabbing her by her hair and pushing her up against a wall then shoving the victim against a window.
Davis was previously charged with criminal contempt 2nd on October 3, 2018 in City Court in Batavia.
