Zhamiere J. Greene, 18, of Atkison St., Rochester, is charged with harassment 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child following a physical altercation on Maple street on August 13, 2019.
Greene allegedly struck numerous people who were under the age of 17.
Greene was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and will re-appear in City Court at a later date.
Jason H. Freeman, 37, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly puncturing two tires on a motor vehicle with damages totaling more than $250.00.
Freeman was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond bail. He re-appeared in court on August 22, 2019.
Justin T. Gladney, 30, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an in incident on North Spruce street on August 12, 2019.
Gladney was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on August 13, 2019.
Jacqueline C. Shepherd, 50, of State St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after damaging the property of another person during an argument at a N. Spruce street residence on August 12, 2019.
Shepherd appeared in City Court on August 20, 2019.
Jarrod K. Fotiathis, 24, of Lexington Ave., Rochester, is charged with DWI, improper right turn, moving from a lane unsafely, no headlamps and unlicensed driver after a traffic stop for multiple infraction on Hall street on August 17, 2019.
Fotiathis was arrested and issued uniform traffic tickets and released.
He will appear in City Court on August 28, 2019.
Tammy M. Caldwell, 49, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from a business at 204 W. Main street on August 15, 2019.
Caldwell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 27, 2019.
Dakota M. Smith-Neal, 27, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with obstructing governmental administration and criminal mischief 4th after a complaint of a disorderly male in the street at 12 Central avenue on August 18, 2019.
Smith-Neal was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is scheduled to re-appear on Court on September 5, 2019.
Fawn LM Kaczmarek, 31, of Liberty street, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after stealing a quantity of cash prescription medications form a residence on Ellicott street on August 18, 2019.
Kaczmarek is also charged with petit larceny after stealing three cans of Red Bull from Dollar General at 412 East Main street on August 19, 2019.
She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on August 27, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Frank L. Morrison, 38, of S. Creek Rd., Palmyra, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court on June 4, 2019. Morrison was also arrested for falsely reporting 3rd as a result of the execution of the arrest warrant.
Morrison was held in the Genesee County Jail and appeared in City court on August 16, 2019.
Laura A. Redenbach, 35, of Sheridan Dr., Clarence, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court for failure to appear on February 28, 2018.
She was arraigned in City Court and held on $500 cash or bond bail, Redenbach re-appeared on August 16, 2019.
Krystal L. Frye, 29, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant on August 19, 2019.
Frye was released on an appearance ticket and appeared in court on August 20, 2019.
