Brandon C. Dodd, 32, of Clinton St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny, burglary 2nd and criminal contempt 2nd following a domestic incident on Highland Park on August 24, 2019.
Dodd allegedly broke into the home of a protected party and allegedly stole money.
Dodd was processed at the Jail and arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Balbick.
He was held without bail pending his return date to court on August 26, 2019 at 1:30p.m.
