Malik I. Ayala, 27, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on August 13, 2019 and is accused of entering another person’s residence on Naramore drive on October 14, 2018 and stealing property.
Ayala is charged with burglary 2nd.
He was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Rogers and was released on his own recognizance and turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office where he is being held on unrelated charges.
