Alan R. Price, 24, of Chili Ave., Rochester, is charged with strangulation 2nd, criminal contempt 1st and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident on North Spruce street on April 11, 2019.
Price was arraigned on August 12, 2019 in City Court and held on $5,000 cash or bond bail.
He re-appeared in City Court on August 14, 2019.
Kaleb J. Bobzien, 21, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st following a domestic incident on Dellinger avenue on August 22, 2019.
Bobzien allegedly had contact with a protected person.
He was processed at the jail and arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick.
Bobzien was held without bail. He is will re-appear in court later today.
Taylor L. Finnin, 26, of Highland Park, Batavia, was arrested on a warrant issued by City Court for possession of a hypodermic instrument and loitering, unlawful use of a controlled substance.
Finnin was arraigned in City Court and is being held at the Jail on $1,500 cash bail and $3,000 bond bail.
Finnin re-appeared in court on August 22, 2019.
Danielle E. Cummings, 41, of Batavia Oakfield Townline road, Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st after being observed operating a motor vehicle while having 17 active suspensions, 15 on twelve dates.
Cummings was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $500 bail, pending her next court appearance.
Ashley M. Silliman, 23, of W. Genesee St., Corfu, is charged with petit larceny following a complaint that she was shoplifting at the Dollar General store at 412 East Main street on August 21, 2019.
Silliman was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 27, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
