On August 22, 2019, State Police in Machias arrested Dillon M. Stiles, 25, of Arcade, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC 0.18% or more.
During a traffic stop on Main Street in the town of Arcade, Troopers determined Stiles had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Stiles was then arrested and transported to State Police barracks in Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.20% BAC.
Stiles was released with appearance tickets for Arcade Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
