Carey Culverhouse, 60, of Grandview Ave., Tonawanda, was arrested on a warrant for assault 1st after an investigation into a stabbing at 222 East Main street on September 2, 2017 at 11:30a.m.
Culverhouse was located by the Tonawanda Police and turned over to the Batavia Police Department on August 22, 2019.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.
Culverhouse re-appeared in court on August 23, 2019.
