The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department during the Slipknot Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on August 25, 2019:
Kristopher P. Ware, 39, of Phinney Rd., Hannibal, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd, Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd after allegedly kicking a Live Nation Security Guard, then fighting with the Live Nation Security while being ejected from the concert. Kristopher then obstructed deputies from completing his arrest. Kristopher was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Darius M. Duggan, 37, of Taylor Rd., Hamburg, NY, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd after allegedly being found with another person who possessed a stay away order of protection against him. Darius was arraigned in Darien Court and released on his own recognizance.
Daniel L. Wilson, 52, of Putnam St., Union City, PA, was arrested for Harassment 2nd (2 Counts) and Obstructing Government Administration 2nd after allegedly kicking a deputy and a Live Nation Security Guard and then obstructed the completion of his arrest. David was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
The following people were issued appearance tickets to appear September 10, 2019 at 3 PM:
Joshua M. Marshal, 26, of Byron Ave., Bronx, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering Darien Lake property after being ejected and told not to return.
Walter T. Rogers, 61, of E. 94th St., Brooklyn, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering Darien Lake property after being ejected and told not to return.
Christopher R. Kocur, 33, of Reyer Rd., Auburn, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Jeffrey A. Wakeman II, 32, of Grannis Rd., W. Monroe, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Sean P. Derisio, 27, of Eaton Rd., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd and Criminal Mischief 4th after allegedly punching another person in the face breaking their glasses.
Justin L. Costello, 31, of Eaton Rd., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly punching a Live Nation Employee in the face.
Holden S. Child, 20, of Henderson Rd. , Wellandport, Ontario, Canada was arrested for Trespass after allegedly jumping a fence to gain entry into the concert venue.
Joseph E. Harrison, 20, of Woodbridge Dr., St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
