Brittany M. Smith, 27, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, is charged with assault 2nd and menacing 2nd after an altercation on Hutchins street on August 23, 2019.
Smith allegedly cut another person with a knife.
She was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.
Smith re-appeared in court on August 26, 2019.
Lizbet D. Cramer, 42, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation where Cramer allegedly was not providing adequate supervision for a child in her care who was involved in the PINS program.
Cramer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on September 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Jennifer M. Reed, 45, of Wood St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a bottle of vitamin C from the store at 412 East Main street on August 24, 2019.
Reed is accused of concealing the bottle and exiting the store without paying for the item.
Reed was issued and appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on August 27, 2019.
