WYOMING COUNTY/Orangeville/Driver charged in “burn out” complaint

Following an investigation into a traffic complaint on Royce road in the Town of Orangeville in August 12, 2019, Anthony J Hilton, 54, was identified as the driver of a vehicle which left a burn out mark in the roadway.

Hilton was found to be intoxicated along with having a suspended driver’s license. Hilton provided a breath sample while at the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office which showed Hilton to have a BAC of .16%.

Hilton was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over.08%, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 1st degree. Hilton was released with appearance tickets and is to appear in Orangeville Town Court on 09/04/2019.
