GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Woman charged after being found with contraband at the jail as be she was being processed

Jenna L. Josephite, 30, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd and promoting prison contraband while she was being processed at the Genesee County Jail on August 29, 2019 in the City of Batavia for a petit larceny.

Josephite allegedly knowingly and unlawfully entered the Genesee County Jail while in possession of contraband in the form of drug paraphernalia.

The alleged drug paraphernalia found was a metal smoking pipe commonly used for the consumption of narcotics.

Josephite is currently under the supervision of NYS Parole for criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th charge.

NYS Parole was notified and a Parole Detainer was issued.

Josephite was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond bail.

The investigation was assisted by Genesee County Correctional Officers D. Stone and P. Mangefrieda.

Christine M. Hulme, 53, of Kensignton Ave., Buffalo, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, driving to the left of pavement markings and operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone after a traffic stop on Sumner road in Darien on August 30, 2019.

Hulme was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Darien Town Court on September 17, 2019 at 4:00p.m.

Jeremiah D. Welchruth, 18, of Lockport, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding in a zone following a traffic stop on Rt. 5 in the Town of Pembroke on August 30, 2019.

Welchruth was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Pembroke Town Court on September 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Bobby J. Mulder, 40, of Lake St., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more following an investigation into the unauthorized use a vehicle complaint on Lake street in LeRoy on August 31, 2019.

Mulder was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on September 12, 2019 at 5:00p.m.

Shannon G. Draper, 45, of Transit Rd., Pavilion, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after allegedly damaging the property of another person following a domestic incident on Transit road in Pavilion on August 29, 2019.

Draper was arraigned in Stafford Town Court by Judge Mattice. He was released on his own recognizance and temporary orders of protection were issued for the victims.

Draper will next appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on September 3, 2019 at 3:00p.m.

Robert J. Martino, 36, of Main St., Oakfield, along with Dennis N. Muntz Jr, no age or address provided, are each charged with trespass after allegedly walking through another person’s property without permission from the property owner.

The trespass allegedly occurred on Gilmore road in Pembroke on August 28, 2019.

Martino and Muntz Jr. were released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on September 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
