A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Lorie A. Litolff and accused her of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting it, a class E felony.
The incident occurred on March 30, 2019 in LeRoy on Lake street road.
Litolff was operating her 2003 Chevy while allegedly in an intoxicated condition and caused serious personal injury to another person involving the motor vehicle she was operating.
The indictment says Litolff failed to stop, and when no police officer was in the vicinity of the incident, she failed to report the incident as soon as physically able to at the nearest police station.
Ronald G. Besemer-McLean has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a class E felony, DWI, as a class E felony, tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, and resisting arrest after being found to be allegedly driving with a revoked license under the influence of alcohol on March 2, 2019 on Rt. 490 in LeRoy.
Besemer- McLean was previously convicted of DWI as a misdemeanor on November 7, 2019 in the City of Rochester and his license was revoked.
During the arrest, Besemer-McLean allegedly placed a plastic baggie with an unknown substance into his mouth and swallowed it, he also allegedly resisted arrest.
