Following an investigation into an ongoing harassment complaint, Michael J. Appleby, 48, of Perry, was arrested for harassment 2nd.
Appleby had been allegedly harassing a family member over the course of several months.
He was issued a stay away order of protection against the victim and given a return court date of October 1, 2019 at 1:00PM.
