On September 3, 2019, Troopers in Machias arrested Brent L. Jordan, 47, of Warsaw, NY for DWI.
During their investigation of a motorcycle accident on Route 16 in the town of Yorkshire, Jordan, the driver, was exhibiting signs of intoxication.
Troopers determined he had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Jordan was transported to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital for treatment.
Jordan was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Yorkshire Town Court, where he is due to appear in October.
