On September 13, 2019 at 12:00P.M., Troopers out of State Police/ Warsaw arrested Lexus T. Parker, 27, of Rochester, NY, for introducing contraband into a prison and Public Health Law.
Troopers were contacted by the NYSDOCCS K-9 unit and advised that their K-9 had detected drugs in the vehicle operated by Parker.
Parker is accused of also entering Attica Prison while she had drugs on her person. She was held at the Attica Correctional Facility, where she was attempting to visit an inmate.
The drugs located on her person tested positive for K-2, a Synthetic Cannabis. Parker was arrested and processed at State Police/ Warsaw.
She was issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Attica Court and will appear next month.
