BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man charged after robbery at Speedway

Dustin W. Bogue, 37, address unknown, Batavia, is charged with robbery 1st, menacing 2nd, criminal possession of weapon 3rd and criminal possession of stolen property 5th after police responded to 204 W. Main Street, Speedway, for a reported robbery on September 14, 2019 at 1:51a.m.

Bogue was later arrested following an investigation.

He was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Balbick and jailed without bail.

Bogue is scheduled to return to court on September 19, 2019 at 11:00a.m.

Matthew C. Olcott, 40, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd after a search at Osterhout avenue led to the discovery of narcotic equipment.

Olcott was transported to Batavia Police Headquarters, processed and released on an appearance ticket.

He is scheduled to appear in City Court on September 17 , 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Colby L. Ellis, 30, of W. Academy St., Albion, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection during a traffic stop in the parking lot of 1 Apollo drive on September 13, 2019.

Ellis was arraigned in City Court and held on bail.

Ellis is to appear again in City Court this afternoon at 1:30p.m.
