Jeffrey D. Hart, 40, of Sumner Rd., Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, refusal to take a breath test and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop on Rt. 77 in Corfu on September 3, 2019.
Hart was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Pembroke Town Court on October 17, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
